In the United States the lobbies and the politicians seem to craft legislation that makes them look good but takes our power and choices away. Every time this model is tried the lobbies fight this. Social Security privatization is an example. Why not ask for more choices out of your politicians?

The choices want as to provide for myself.
The choices if they just stayed out of some things and didnt try to be there when retire save and invest on my own to give me choices if they just stayed out of some things and invest on my own to pass laws affecting every aspect of our lives id.
No, that sounds expensive. I want a government that does nothing more than protect our borders and national interests. I wan them to butt out of everything else.
