What should I name my dockside pub in this small fishing community?

SayWhat? asked:

I want the name to be followed by “Dockside Pub” in the same way that Applebee’s is followed by “neighborhood grille and bar”

This is an alcohol only pub, no food will be served.

It is a blue collar community. The tourists are of the retired fisherman variety in a part of the state with a lot of arts and crafts attractions. It just only 2 miles downstream from a major tourist attraction, Branson and the Branson Landing riverwalk. We are looking for a ‘catchy’ name. We considered the name ‘Happy Hooker’, a play on words for fisherman but the connotation scared us off. Any suggestions?

home of the harbourside happy hour

Here in Erie PA, we have a local establishment called “The Docksider.” Maybe play on that with your last name or a ficticious name that fits your community, for example: Murphy’s Docksider. We also have one called Rum Runners, where you can dock your boat right alongside.

Or maybe the Captain’s Cabin, the Dry Dock (ironic but catchy), Pirate’s Wharf.
