Christmas is a craft! My mom wants me to make a craft for christmas?

She loves pottery, she loves sparrows and doves, her family…I need something truly original, unique and amazing that will awe her. I am crafty but can’t think of a project. Make a keepsake keeper! Get to the crafts supplies store and get an unfinished wooden box, the bigger the better — to a point, of course. Something about 8″- 10″ on at least one side is ideal. You’ll also need the decoupage ‘goop’ (or whatever it’s called — ModPodge is one brand) if you don’t have any at home. Sand down the box, then decoupage family photos onto it, and finish it that way. She can store keepsakes in it.
My daughter and I bought some circle cork and made costers out of them with felt glued to them. We made snowmen, trees and ornaments.
Make her a scrapbook of family pics.
Make her some Christmas ornaments. Every year,when she decorates for the holidays she will have a special memory of you. Your can get ornament kits at craft stores like Michael’s. OR go to DIYnet.com. That’s the website for the Do It Yourself channel. They have tons of ideas with complete instructions with pictures. You’ll find something there for sure. Have you considered making her a gingerbread house? Those are always unique.

Make her a dove or something she likes out of soap. Or if you know how to draw make her a painting of fruit or something she likes. Or if you know how to sew make her a quilt or pillow or something cool. And if she likes candles make her a candle. There are several things to make a mom.
